Handmade Items:

Our items are handmade by talented craftsmen in our own workshop right here in the USA.  We use quality materials and take time to make sure that each item is well made as well as beautiful and aesthetically pleasing.  Each item may have its own unique characteristics, color and look.  This is part of the charm and character of hand crafted items and is not to be considered a flaw, nor a valid reason for returns.

What kind of coating is on the metal?

We use a powder coating technique for the protection and aesthetic look of our Lounge Lizard home decor products.  To learn more about our powder coating techniques, please CLICK HERE.

Glass

Our glass products are dishwasher safe.  Our casserole dishes are safe for oven use (see details) for each product.

Any product item that shows glass as part of the design, will include glass as part of the price (included in the price listed for the product).  Accidents do sometimes happen.  If you purchase one of our products and have breakage in the future, we do sell replacement GLASS pieces.

If you receive an item from us, and it arrives with broken glass, please take a photo of this item along with the packaging that it was sent in and Contact Us for further instructions and replacement.

Do you have a retail location?

We do not have a Lounge Lizard USA retail location.  We supply our products to retail locations throughout the United States of America and encourage our customers to support their local retail shops.  You can find a list of retail businesses that offer our products HERE, listed by state and town.  We also offer a selection of items for sale to the public via our Shop/Homepage.  These items can be shipped throughout the continental USA for a shipping fee.

Refund & Exchange Policy:

Customers have 5 calendar days (from the date that they receive their items) to return any items purchased through our website.  The shipping box must be postmarked within the 5 day period in order to qualify for a refund.  Items must be unused and in their original new condition with no modifications or wear marks.  Original packaging must be used to return the items, making sure that they are secure and wrapped in a manner that will not lead to any breakage or damage.

Shipping costs are not refundable, nor do we cover the costs to ship items back to us.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you if it is eligible for a full refund or exchange.  If a refund is requested and approved, the funds will be refunded to you in the manner of your original purchase (credit card or PayPal).  Please refer to your credit card issuer for details on the amount of time that they require to process refunds.

If you are exchanging your purchase for a different item, you will be charged an additional shipping fee to send it to you.  If the item that you are to receive as the exchange is more than your exchange/credit amount, you will be responsible for the difference before it is shipped to you.  If the total amount of the item plus shipping is less than your credit, you will receive the balance due to you via the original payment method (refunded to your credit card or PayPal account).

If an item that is shipped to you has arrived damaged, please take a photo of this item along with the packaging that it was sent in and Contact Us for further instructions.
